Background
ANZ Transactive – Global (TG) is a digital solution providing a single entry point to a range of wholesale banking products and services.
From customer feedback it was identified that users would benefit from the provision of self help videos to help them in their payments activities.
Process
Workshops with specific content owners were used to gain a better understanding of each video topic. From this, I created initial story boards and scripts which were then reviewed with the content owners.
Post review, scripts and story boards were updated and commencement of the final videos started. These again were reviewed before final approval and sign off, and then uploaded to the YouTube channel.
Outcome
In total, I produced the first seven instructional videos on the current YouTube channel resulting in thousands of views.
I am pleased to say that since its inception, the channel has since grown with more instructional content which can only benefit Transactive - Globals userbase.
