Shout For Good.
Project background.
Shout for Good is a not-for-profit that lives by its mission to connect people to communities and causes they care most about through the provision of fundraising tools. With over 500 charities and 30,000 users, Shout is striving to change the way the world gives.
Enhancing the capability of Shout products (Fund and Button) to include the functionality of donation matching, from initial scope to final build.
Highlighted by many of Shout’s charities, there was a clear desire to increase the donation tally (revenue) across a fixed period of time through the matching of donations.
Updated donation tally.
Process
Ideation workshops were used to scope out the initial requirements from both a technological viewpoint and needs of the charities. The requirements and feedback were then analysed and synthesised into a coherent summary to better understand next steps of the design process. User flows were created, along with wireframes which were reviewed in post-workshops prior to final designs and delivery.
Early stage workshops.

Outcome
Donation matching is now an enhanced feature of the fundraising products within Shout, and reports are now showing donation spikes during the periods these campaigns are run, highlighting the importance and effectiveness that donation matching campaigns provide.
